A Committee has been set up to plan and organize this coming event. The Lead person is Mr. John Lee. Our first meeting was held on the 1st April 2011.
Discussions touches on the following:
1) How do make contact to all our ACSians 61/63 and teachers, especially those we have lost contacts. Some may have changed their email addresses or do not use the computer too often now.
2) To come up with a draft program for the night.
3) Door gifts
4) AV equipment available from the Club.
5) Sitting arrangement, round tables preferred.
